I have just been doing the Belief Management and Forgiveness Option Mini Courses today on a very sensitive subject for me. The Belief Management Course was amazing. To be so honest and look at all the beliefs I have. I have been a chameleon adjusting and keeping things to myself. Thinking I am one way and looking at my beliefs, it felt like I was doing Self Deception Signals.
My Releasing Fixed Attention exercise in Forgiveness was total magic! I took an event that was highly charged and I felt humiliated. When I finished I could feel every step where I could have done things differently. The humiliation went. I saw it all in one moment and the humiliation stopped, I felt Source over it and all the charge is gone. Now I can see it as another event and I no longer want to harbor of ill will towards the person I had perceived as the perpetrator. Now I know. Thank you. Love,
