Powerful and challenging

I was blown away by today's Float Rundown where I integrated beliefs form my childhood about being afraid to ask for help. I was surprised and shocked by the solidity of the indoctrination that I had taken on and held onto so tightly, since being a very young child. Both the desire and the resistance of the identities involved were powerful and challenging. The relief and the release of the emotions connected with this 'stuff' I had been holding onto was profound. Thank you, I feel more open and expansive, much love. - Lin W., Australia
