Before the ReSurfacing course, I was confused between the different belief systems that existed and I couldn't say with certainty what was right and what was wrong... I knew that my beliefs created my world, but I didn't understand how to manage them, and my big question was why are only negative beliefs more powerful? ...Avatar showed me what these conflicts are and that it is not the positivity or negativity of a belief that makes it effective, but the degree of my conviction in a belief that makes it more powerful than others, whether that belief is an impeding belief or a helpful belief...
