I have had more great insights and shifts using the Avatar tools. I had an awareness that I looked for external "validation", especially from women. Huge integrity issues there. It had been lingering in the back of my consciousness for some time and so this morning I got to work on it running the transparent belief exercise. And another awesome result!! Seems that not only do I seek external validation from others and of course don't get it. I then set upon myself and self invalidate!! Man did I get that back to front and twisted.
