This has been a beautiful healing and at the same time an awakening process. For so long so much of my history I've operated "ALONG" with. Now I feel "part of" a worldwide community and have a sense of coming home!

The tears have been frozen and here they flowed freely and safely, liberating me to take risks as I reach for the stars. What I have made hard in the past is clear and clean in the present. I look forward to making everyday a new creation.

I had a very powerful experience I would like to share. I was doing an Avatar exercise on Surrendering Judgement. Toward the end of the day I spoke with several Masters and said this seems impossible. I have judgements about almost everything. I carried a little pebble into the debrief with me as a representation of almost the only thing I had no judgement about.

I left the class with the intention to work on it in my hotel room although I was already thinking this may take forever. I put the exercise off and eventually fell asleep. I woke up approximately 4:00 AM and started doing the exercise on things that came to mind. Pretty soon it seemed my mind learned what I wanted to do and I started cycling through many different parts of my life, people and event,s except they came up with no response. Occasionally some came up with attachments, but I easily reduced them to no response. It was the most amazing experience of my life this far!

Prior to the Avatar Course I felt like a victim of circumstances and I had a pattern of reacting to the external world, especially with people who are close to me. I wanted to blame others for my life, even God.

This week I had an incredible experience working with two Masters, one was a Wizard. I was creating a primary around my caring about what people think of me. It was very emotional and I used many of the tools and exercises of Section II and III to handle what came up. I came to a realization that I want to love myself unconditionally. That is my new primary and I have integrated my concerns about what others think of me.

When I spoke with my spouse everything had shifted. She was interested in hearing about my experiences at Avatar. She was happy for me and for the changes in my life. She reiterated that she saw after the International Avatar Course that I took responsibility for my life, my choices and no longer behaved like a victim. It was so joyful to see that I did create a shift in my experience with my spouse!

Dear Harry Palmer,

I joined the ReSurfacing, Section I of The Avatar Course for the first time. This experience helped me realize I was creating my experiences and ideas I used to have. But what I realized also was the real and unreal me will influence my life in the future so much. I became aware that I had told a lie to myself until now. So I would like to explore more of the real me from now on through Sections II and III of the course. I want to create myself really as I finish this Avatar Course and I would like to enjoy a happy life as just the way I am.

I don't know when this will come but I want to join the Master and Wizard Courses too. Until then I hope you do well Harry. Thank you,

One of the most amazing experiences in all the courses is how, sometimes, within minutes, complete strangers are turned into friends for life.

Having struggled with on a ‘spiritual path' for more than half my life, I realize now why I kept collapsing in a heap of despondency: I believed I would fail because based on experience, "I always did." What a belief! What a secondary!

Now I realized that while an intense 30% of my creative powers and attention have been on the primary of waking up-- the other 70%, has been on creating and figuring, doubts and secondaries.
